How can we change address after PPR but before landing.

1. I think you can change it easily in myCIC.
2. The officer will ask what address you want your pr card mailed to. I put a different address.
3. When you send your passport and bio info to CIC you will include an envelop where you can specify an address for it to be mailed back. I don't think the officer will check if the address matches the one on your profile.

Short version: change it if it happens before CIC send back your passport, or it should not matter
