So I have just received a request from IRCC asking me to provide police certificate clearance for British Virgin Islands now the issue is I have never lived in British Virgin Islands I have never even been to British Virgin Islands I have lived in Britain UK all my adult life which is a completely different country from British Virgin Islands I contacted the police department in British Virgin Islands and they said to get a police clearance I have to show proof of living there for at least 6 months which is impossible because I have never even been to any of the British Virgin Islands before. My file is being processed in Ottawa and now I have no idea what to do any suggestions will be great

I called CIC and they said that I should write a letter and upload it in place of the PCC which I have now done and waiting now to see what they say. Do you know how long it takes for then to receive what I have sent?
