My father did his medical for super visa and the hospital asked him to do a sputum test because they had concerns about his X-ray. We are still waiting for the results but meanwhile, the regional medical office directly sent my father an email asking him to provide additional medical information within 30 days and the instructions were to contact the panel physician and they would know what to do. When my father contacted them, they told him that the results would take about 2 months for them to get. So I'm worried because it's going to take more than 30 days to provide this information. I don't know if the hospital would send anything to the regional medical office confirming that they received the request, but it would take more than 2 months to provide the results. Or should we submit a web form to pass this information on to the IRCC?
Does anyone know how we should go about this?

Both iRCC and the doctor are very familiar with how long sputum cultures take.
