Guys,
I understand that additional family information should be filled by both applicant and spouse. I am the principal applicant in the process. However, I am lost while helping my wife fill her form. So, please let me know how does it work for each section A
who will be the applicant me or my wife? and whose name should be printed in spouse section.
I asked the same question a couple of weeks ago. I thought I figure out the answer, but now i am confused.
I thought that Applicant meant the Principal Applicant (in our case, that is me). Filling the form about additional family information,
1. my husband should not be the applicant in section A. He should fill in the spouse's cell in section A and provide all info about his family: mother, father, children, and brother.
2. my son (22 years old), should fill in only spaces for mother and father in section A , in section B - his name (as a son), and in section C - his sister's name.
The MOST CONFUSING form!!!! I hope, we can fugure out it together.
Applicant is not the same thing as principal applicant. Keep that in mind.
Each family member who is 18 or older is essentially an "applicant" and will fill out the additional family information form.
Each member will then answer the questions - whether they have a spouse and who that is, who their parents are, whether they have kids, who their siblings are, etc.
hello thai guy, now I am lost. please enlighten me. I wish to apply my mother on parents sponsorship. I am the sponsor and my mom is the principal applicant. on ADDITIONAL FAMILY INFORMATION, IMM 5406. on section a, I believed its my mom's name on that section right?
on section b, its written ''children regardless of age''. since my mom is the principal applicant meaning she should write all the names of my 3 brothers. the problem is all my brothers are over-age (40+) and not dependent at all because they have work in the Philippines. should my mom still listed them? or she will just put N/A?
on section c, it say's brothers and sisters. does it mean its the siblings of my mom? my uncles and aunties are way older than my mom. is it really necessary to include them?
I just hope you can enlighten me...I'm getting older, im really confused. have a nice day and thanks in advance.
