hey I'm a Canadian citizen. my wife and two children lives in Bangladesh. I'm going to apply for them to immigrate to Canada. my question is ; do I have to fill up the -Additional family member form IMM 5406? there are no family members besides my wife and two dependent children. please let me know

If you were born in Canada or became a naturalized Canadian before your children were born, then they are Canadian citizens.
 
Your wife has to fill out the form, listing you as her husband, her children, her parents, and all siblings. You do not have to fill out your own version of this form.
