Dear All!
When completing Additional Family information IMM 5406 form they have mentioned to complete ALL names in English and in our native language. What are these names mean ....
As in my scenario, my native language is URDU and official language is English our passport is also in english nothing in URDU. .
tell me how to fill it up ? ?
do i have to write all the names like spouse, mother, father, children, brothers, sisters in ENGLISH and in the same box i have to write with PEN in URDU.
According to the form requirement you have to write the names in your native language , which is URDU.
So, if you use computer or typewriter to fillup the form in English, you can write down the names in Urdu, with a pen, under each name.

please clear this
in additional family information form we should write detail about spouse ,common law partner and children of applicant and spouse .
but what about brothers ,sisters and parents ?should we mention this on additional family info form?
It is easy dear.
You should write your name in native language (Urdo) under your english name.
For example if your name is: Khaled Hamid Sedigh you should write down of this خالد حمید صدیق .
good luck
One more questions guys, while filling "Additional Family information" for spouse, what do we have to write in APPLICANT & SPOUSE or (common-law partner) fields.
addl family info for your spounse will be "applicant - your spouse and you as his/her spouse. Its the information on your spouse they're asking and both you and your spouse/dependent children are referred to as applicants and YOU as the principal applicant.
