Additional family information IMM5406

Hi,
I am filling additional family information (for family class visa) and got few questions:
1) it says, complete all names in English and in your native language - when I try to write down in my native language (Georgian) it doesn't allow me. What should I do? Should I fill it in English, then print and fill it Georgian before sending?
2) my husband is sponsoring me, so he is my spouse and he is my sponsor, which I find complicated in these forms, should he fill the copy of this form too? Or just me?

1) If not possible to enter on computer, yes, write by hand. You might include a short letter of explanation clearly showing english alphabet version of your name and typed (computer) version in the georgian alphabet.

2) No, he does not need to do an additional copy of this form. You include him on the additional family informaiton but as sponsor NOT on the IMM008.
