Have you reached your 6 month timeline? How many days from AOR. I noticed, those who were requested this form at their 4 or 5 month time line had to wait longer for the final decision. Also, it is always a good idea to attach LOE. I did it, because all of my Sections had "Not applicable", which looks weird to an officer. But I had nothing to put there as I am not married, have no children, no parents, no siblings and other immediate relatives. Just like a person without any background . So I attached a letter, so that the officer did not think I filled in the form incorrectly.
However, I need to prove to Migration Authorities of my country that I haven't got father. That is a great pain in the ass.

I was typing the information on a computer, but I signed in with a blue pen, even though it is recommended to do it in black. I read on some of the threads here, that IRCC require to fill it with black so that it was distinctive after scanning.

Looks like your PPR is round the corner For those whose timeline crossed the 6 months threashold, it taked 3-7 days to PPR after the ADR. But you are still within the timeline, so it is fine that it takes longer than a week.
