you can write in the same boxes under the English/French. the font size has to be very small (7 or 8).
THANKYOU VERY MUCH THATS WHAT I WANTED TO ASK
AND IS IT TO BE FILLED BY PRINCIPAL APPLICANT ONLY
hi friends please make clear the 2nd part of the question.is it to be filled by principal applicant only
It must be filled separately by Principal Applicant, Spouse and any dependent over the age of 18(if applicable)
and if spouse is less than 18 yrs
for the spouse YES..... of course
when in forms it says "if more space is needed, attach a separate sheet", do they mean another copy of this form or a blank A4? for example with work experience or education that there is not enough space?

A separate blank A4 will do.
Don't forget to write for which form you attach it and also the question #.
(You can do it in xls format very easy) 8)
οh ok, just a handmade table i presume will do the work. what about the blank gaps where we should put "N/A"? should it be in ALL of them? for example it asks for work experience and provides with 6 gaps. i only fill the 3, should i put "N/A" in the rest?

No you do not have to fill every line, leave it blank.
That is how I have filled the old forms.
