hello, i have request from visa office to sumbit additional documents police certificate and Imm5569 and in the email they asked to include my complete file number as indicated above in all correspondence , how can i dot it ? thank you
 
Can you please give more context? For example, can you share the email content (and hide your personal details PII)?
Can you share the email of the sender? Is it a no-reply email?
