I have received Request letter from IRCC to provide IELTS test result copy. Following are the timelines-

IELTS Test date- April 22, 2023
IELTS Test Result date- April 25, 2023
EOR filed- May 10, 2023
EOR result- May 19, 2023
Revised IELTS Test Result date (on hard copy TRF)- June 12, 2023

ITA Received- October 26, 2023
PR Application submitted- December 24, 2023
Request letter received- April 12, 2024


While filling the PR application, I have entered in the test result date section- 25 April 2023, whereas I should have entered June 12, 2023.

Anyone faced the same issue? Did I receive the request letter because I have entered the wrong date?
Should I submit Letter of Explanation for this?
