Guys, please help! ??? ??? ???
CIC has asked for me to fill out the TRAVEL HISTORY FORM IMM 5562E. I need some help as I want to be sure it is in an acceptable manner and would not prevent me from getting my PPR.
I have the following questions:
1. During 3 months I participated in an work experience program (for university students) in the USA. I spent most of my time in Champion near Pittsburgh in PA. However, I did travel for 2 weeks, around the USA, near the end of my 3 months period. Should I add trips inside the USA? As there is no proof in passports of me going to these places, I thought it would not be necessary.
2. I have no kids. For the dependent area should I put NOT APPLICABLE in the NAME box?
