Hello,
I logged onto my account to see the status of my application and it says that "We need additional documents to process your application. Check your messages below for details.". However, when I scroll down, I do not see any new messages of any sort. What should I do in order to see the message?
Also, we have completed the medical exam but have yet to submit the schedule A and background check.

"We are currently experiencing very high traffic on our online services. You may have difficulty accessing them. We are working to resolve this issue.
If you are unable to submit a document on time as a result of the technical difficulties, try again over the next few days. If you are concerned about missing your deadline, submit the requested documents using the IRCC Webform.
You may see an incorrect application status asking for a medical exam or additional documents. If you actually need to send any documents or do a medical, you will see a message in your account and a letter explaining what you need to do."

Yes it also says the same for me in MyCIC but there is no message and when I call the call center and get the automated message it says the same but there is no message in MyCIC so I am assuming what ClassicChucks posted from IRCC website which I also read there last week applies to me.
