Addition of spouse IELTS score to an existing Express entry application

Dear All,

I have completed my IELTS as well as my WES. So I can submit my profile for express entry.

My spouse is also preparing for IELTS and would be taking the exam soon. If I submit my profile now, would I be able to add the spouse IELTS score to the application/ profile later on for enhancing the CRS score. Please suggest.
