Hi all,
i got my CSQ under temporary skilled worker Quebec approved in February 2017 via Mon Projet Quebec, online application. Now I got married in November 2017. i have access to my online Mon Project account. question here is
Do i have to create new account and apply for new CSQ for me and my wife if not how do I proceed.
thanks in advance.
Call Immigration Quebec or send them Email about you situation, they will guide you for futher procedure.
You have to fill this form
http://www.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/publications/en/dcs/A-0520-MA-dyn.pdf and attach all the documents along with the front sheet which you send in your CSQ for there reference of your file.
But if before that check our the Express Entry program, if you have enough point then go for Express Entry as it faster and more easy. As in CSQ you have to wait for it and then apply for PR which will again take 13 month where as in Express Entry all will be done in around 4 months.
You got CSQ as single applicant..And now your situation changes..As you are married now..So immigration Quebec will cancel your previous csq and then open your file again as married person and issue you n your wife with new csq.
Points calculation will change now as you are married so there is slight chance of not getting the csq if you lack points as married guy...Make sure you confirm everything befo
I was in almost same situation. Only difference is i had also applied for federal PR. My strong advice will be to NOT get spouse CSQ. Instead go with express entry. I have applied for spouse CSQ in March,2017 and still waiting. My PR is on hold because of this. So DO NOT take this route.
Guys, I am residing in Quebec as PR, I would like to sponsor my wife to come here. What’s the fastest way to make it happen? Is it faster through Quebec process or Can I apply through federal process under family sponsorship?

Hlo vishal, chandan here. I am in same situation as u were . Federal is in process but i am going to marry inbetween . So what to do for spouse application .do we have option of not adding spouse in PR file to avoid delay .once we get pr then apply for spouse but now just change status from single to married in pr application but not add spouse? Can we do that?
