Hello, I am trying to add last name to my wife's PR card after marriage. I have got her Indian passport changed to reflect the new name and also have the marriage certificate in English from India to reflect that.
My question is: in document requirement there is line where they say
If you are a permanent resident and changed your name outside of Canada, submit:
"a foreign passport or other national authoritative document that shows your new name; and
an official document linking the old and new names."
What type of official document linking the old and new names? is it other than her passports?
