Adding spouse to my PR application

Good evening,

I received SINP and applied for PR under Provincial Nominee Program. Application is in Process. They started reviewing the application in July 2016.

Me and fiance plan to get married in Dec 2016.

Ok now questions:

I am in Canada, while my fiance is in Ukraine.

1) I add her to my application when we get married as accompanied member. Pay fees, submit docs.Does this mean she will get PR status as well? Here in canada or they will send to Ukraine?

They probably initiate an interview with her in Ukraine. She will get her immigration visa in Ukraine (after initial passing stages, including medicals and background checks) and then she has to fly to Canada to land as a PR.
