Can i add my spouse in BOWP application if she is non accompanying in my EE application?
Also, for the proof of funds, do i need to maintain the amount outlined by IRCC throughout the month or if only the closing balance needs to be above the desired balance?

She will need her own OWP or OWP Extension based on status
