Hello all, my wife arrived in canada december 2nd 2012 and we are applying for her BC health care card, but we have alittle problem..The form they gave us at the airport that says MSP account change asks for me to write down my wifes Health Care Card Number..how can i have a number if she just immigrated..why would they give me this form? What shall i do? Thank you
