Hi Guys, I was asked to send spouse application with the message from CIC below..
"In order to add your spouse to your application for Permanent Residence, the following must be provided for this person (in addition to the control documents indicated above):
-Processing fees for your spouse if he/she will be accompanying yourself to Canada
-Four (4) recent passport-size photos.
With the exception of Police Certificates, please submit the requested documents as scanned attachments and send to the following e-mail address:
ottpilot-immigration @ cic.gc.ca"
My questions is..
How to send passport-size photos as scanned copies?
I'm assuming you're adding your spouse as accompanying dependent. Send the actual photos in mail along with your spouses police certificates, which should be original hardcopies.

i second that, its most likely a mistake of CIC to ask for 4 scanned photos.
please courier your actual photos along with original police certificates to CPP-ottawa through mail.

Hi there when did you apply your PR application? Im getting married in January and have application in process. Medical done on October 21, 2013 but no update yet.
I'm thinking if i have enough time to add my spouse on mu application or just wait the PR granted then do spousal sponsorship which takes a year. Too long waiting period.
If you get married before pr visa is granted, you must add your before your application is finalized and visa is granted. You must inform the visa office immediately after marriage.

I have a similar scenario wherein i informed CIC about adding my spouse application to my application, however as per the mail that i received form CIC for additional docs it doesn't mention anything about fee payment and when i asked them they relied they will let me know when its required. Its been a month now that i submitted her docs and i am yet to pay fees for her application???
Moreover today i got my RPRF request as well, so not sure should i pay for 1 or 2?
