Adding spouse education (claiming no points) after ITA

Hello, I want to modify my EE profile. I did not include my wife's education while filling the EE profile coz i did not claim any points. I received ITA this week. However, I want to include my wife's education in her profile. I did not get ECA for her and my score will not change. Can I do it?. Will it affect my PR application?

if you didn't claimed points for spouse education, mention that in spouse personal history section and mention the same LOE
