Adding spouse & children as accompanying, in e-APR

Hello friends,

Request your help & suggestion for my below query.

In my Express Entry profile, I couldn't see any details of my spouse & kid accompanying or non-accompanying. I received an ITA few weeks back and now when I'm filling the details of e-APR, I see the option for spouse & kid accompanying or non-accompanying.

Can I now add them as accompanying?
Please advise.

PS: I couldn't remember what I've mentioned for my spouse & kid while filling Express Entry profile.

You could but your score will get recalculated and if you fall below the cutoff score then your application will get rejected.

If such is not the case then add them and explain your mistake in a LOE.
