Adding spouse after getting portal request email 1

When I submitted my PR application, I was single. Later I got married on Jan 16, 2025, and updated my change in marital status using webform. Then on Jan 23, I got my first PR confirmation email asking if I was inside Canada. Since I am currently outside Canada, I responded to the email stating I am outside Canada and there is a change in my marital status.

Is there any way I can sponsor my wife through the same application? OR should I wait to get my PR card and start family spousal sponsorship as a new application?
