My NOC is 3152.I applied for FSW Nov 2009.i was called for my medicals in Feb 2012,but i cannot complete the medical that time because i was pregnant.Now my baby is born and im done with the medicals as well.
I am from India ,currently living in Ireland.My Baby has Irish passport.Is it necessary to add the baby into my FSW application.If i add the baby its going to delay my application again??.I belive the irish passport holders doesnt require a visa to enter Canada ,in that case can i add after i receive my PR/Landing.

I think adding the newborn does not make any unnecessary delay.
You need to inform the VO and send them the updated required forms.
and you will get all medical forms.

Congratulations on the birth of your baby. You need to let the visa office know that you have a new addition to your file. They will likely ask you to submit updated forms reflecting the birth of your baby, for your baby's photos and medical. Your baby will then land when you do.
Do NOT wait to tell them. If you do not add her to your application, you will not be able to sponsor your child afterwards and it could be considered misrepresentation.

congratulation on delivery of your baby,if you fail to notify visa office of new addition it may jeopardise your pr to canada.though you were told to do medical for your dependant whether they are accompany you or not.pls carrying irish passport is nothing.
you need to inform them by doing the following.
pay 150 canadian dollar to the receiver general for canada
notarised copy of your baby data page of international passport
4passport photograph
immooo8 form
background declaration form for you and your spouse
and letter informing them of new addition in your family and list of items accompany the letter.
if you follow these instruction visa office will send your baby medical in less than two week.
