adding language results to EE

Hey guys

I just got back my language results for my express entry profile, i wrote the TEF Canada in hopes of increasing my score.

I logged into my account but I dont see any where , where i can add the french results. Does anyone know how? :-[

Log into your account and go to the 'Languages' tab. Then input your scores and your French testing center reference number on your score sheet.

when i go into my account and go to "education history and langauges" it opens up and shows me already filled in information for my IELTS but it doesnt give me the option to add another language.

There was some confusion on this front in 2015 as well. Does the system allow you to create another entry by choosing 'English' or '1st language' again? If yes, try inputting TEF scores there. Try fiddling with those options to see if anything works.

Also, send a mail to EE tech support asking for help.

does anyone have a contact for express entry technical staff? I have searched and have no idea how to email them.

also any ideas on how I can possibly calculate the points I may get ? I got B2 in all levels except comprehension excrete (Reading) which was A2. I think cause of nerves I didn't do too good in that section

Send a Case Specific Enquiry. Calling CIC is a waste of time.

Your grades are funny. It seems like its graded different to the English test.

Yea it is graded differently than the english because its the TEF Canada .

Do you possibly have an email address I could send it to? Not even sure where to look. lol.
