You must return the landing papers you received back to the visa office, inform them that you are now married and have a child - and submit the forms and supporting documentation to add you wife and child to your application. The visa office will then review your wife and child's paperwork and issue a new visa (landing papers) once they have been approved.
Do no land on the landing papers you have now. If you do this, you will NEVER be able to sponsor your wife and child. Also, you will be committing misrepresentation by landing as single when you are in fact married. Misrepresentation can result in having your PR status revoked.
I'm from Pakistan and its there process which took this long; re-submitted my medical twice upon there request.
And my landing paper was valid till next yr around Jun2013.
Please advice
