Good evening house! Earlier today I got an update from the Central Intake Office (CIO) that my request to add dependent has been added to my application but when I loggin I can’t see the update on my profile. Should I be worried? Or I should be rest assured it’s added? I was thinking I will see the dependents added/reflecting on my application profile. Pls kindly advise and share your experience with me. Thank You!
