Through an agency in Kerala i have started my Canada PR programme in 2010 September and submitted all required documents after that my wife gave birth to a boy in October and i asked about the inclusion of him in the process. My agent told me we can add him at the time of medicals and eventually we had our medicals in september 2011. When we asked about the adding of our new born... the agent told me that i could not do that because the high commission received my application on 6th December 2010 only, that means after 2 months of my babys birth. As my agent told i wrote a letter to visa officer pleading to include my baby also in the processing and submitted his pasport copies, B.C, photographs all notarised, before our medical report submitted. But the visa officer issued the PR and visa to me and wife only and again i contacted my agent and he told once again he will send a letter to the high commission, in this juncture what should i do to get the visa to my baby......please advice me....can i go canada withou my baby or wait to add him?

You need to add your baby now. This is the only options available. Return your visas with a note stating that you now have a baby to include in your application and have already submitted the required paperwork and supporting documents (include copies of the paperwork and supporting documents you submitted earlier).

If you go to Canada and land without adding your son to the application, you will never be able to sponsor him to come to Canada. You must add him now - before you land.

and I would be asking your agent why you are doing his job
