On the sponsored applicant's form, it asks to add dependant children. If the applicant's child is Canadian by birth, do we need to include her?

1. No, only in the IMM 5406.
 
Hi there,

My kid is canadian as well, so im not adding her. But do i need to add my wife? she is sponsoring me and she has a PR Card. I have a work visa and do already live with them in Canada.

No, the sponsor is not included as a dependent.
