Adaptability - CLB Level 4

I want to take adaptability - spouse IELTS score. As per CIC site, spouse should have minimum CLB 4. Can someone define CLB4 corresponding to the IELTS score?

My spouse score is as below.

Overall Band 6.5
Listening 7.5
Reading 5.5
Writing 6.0
Speaking 6.5


Can i claim 5 points in adaptability?
