1. My wife was unemployed for at least 3 years and in those 3 years we have moved location 3 times. Should we declare her "unemployed" status 3 times inasmuch as location for each activity must also be declared? By doing this our declaration of location in this portion of the application matches with our declaration of our addresses.
2. If my wife was unemployed, should we simply declare unemployed or is it more appropriate to put "House wife" under the column of activity?
3. What about Home Maker? Is it the same as a house wife?
