Active visa but with new LOA

Hi, I really need help.

I have an active visa (obtained from my application while still enrolled at College A). Due to delays in my medical exam, I had to withdraw from the program at College A. Then recently, I acquired a new LOA from College B.

I have an active visa, new LOA, and still outside of Canada. What exactly do I need to do? Do I need to re-apply for a visa? Thanks in advance
