I would like someone to please tell me the current processing time of skilled worker permanent residence in cic accra office. I plan on filing on hiring david cohen for this job sometimes in feburary of 2010.
Also i presently reside in the united states. My temporary visa will be expiring sometimes in september of 2010 and cannot be renewed. It's it advicable to file from accra ghana after my AOR or within the states?
