I am looking for an accountant with a good knowledge of both UK and Canadian tax systems. I am in Toronto but am happy to converse electronically/by phone.

I am a new PR in Canada and I am currently earning income via a small UK business that I own. I need to work out the most efficient way to continue to do that (or simply open a business here). I have money in the UK business that I would like to extract efficiently but need advice on this. I am currently a tax resident in both countries and have a UK acountant for my business but would happily close the business if it made sense to do so.

Any recommendations are welcome.
