Accomodation near Humber

HI everyone

i got my VISA today, i am joining Humber for JAN,2014.

I am now looking for accomodation near Humber College, North Campus but I am not able to find 1.

Can seniors or others suggest me how can i find an off campus accomodation and how do i reserve it, planning to fly on 20, Dec 2013.

Will really appreciate all th help, 1 more thing since i do not hv any friends or knowns in Canada is it necessary for me to get an accomodation before hand since the immigration officer asks for it when i land in Canada.

When are you landing? it's too early too look for accommodation. Though you can contact me once you land here, I have a room available from December 1st. but again as I said, it's too early to look out for house.
