Hi,
I got accepted by George Brown College for a post-graduate course that lasts for 1 year, and it starts at 9 January/2012
As I don't have IELTS or TOEFL; I should go under ESL placement test which is appointed for me at 8 Oct./2011, and there's a form to fill in order to pay the ESL fees, what should I do now? should I fill it? or should I go to get the visa then fill it??
