My spouse is an ACCA member. She had started her ACCA papers in 2008 and completed it in 2010 in India. She became an ACCA member in 2014. As per her ECA , she was awarded bachelor degree (4 years).Under her education history i have put her start year as 2008 and end year 2014.
Following are my queries while filling in the ITA.
1) Do I need to change her education history to 2 years.
2) If it is 6 years, then her address history wouldn`t match with her education history. As she had studied in India, worked in India and the middle east until she became a member.
Usually students from Professional Background such as ACCA/ICAEW will write the address where Institute is located not where they studied. People I Know have written United Kingdom and City as London, in the fields and CIC was OK with that. CIC is only interested in Educational Credentials which will only be verified directly through ACCA.
The dates can be 2008 for start and 2010 for end. Membership will be part of her Professional Experience not Qualification.
