ACCA equivalency

Dear All,

Please confirm what is equivalency for ACCA in Canada and which is the right authority to do it (WES or ICAS or any other). My friend has done ACCA but he has not done top up Bachelors from Oxford Brookes Uni.

ACCA is equivalent to Canadian Bachelors. And BSc honors is additonal bachelors.

If you have both, u can claim 2 or more degrees.

I got it done thru WES. Which is better, am not sure. Goodluck
