Yes it does. It will evaluate diploma in Accounting and Business as equivalent to one year college level certificate. :(
 
Hi I have the same question. I have 2 year Bcom and 2 year MCS (master in computer science) along with Diploma in accounting and business. Can someone please let me know if this will be treated as 2 or more degrees/certificates by WES.
Appreciate your guidance
