academic request forms & IBCC

Hi Fellows,

I have a few questions regarding WES Assessment for Immigration. Please excuse me if my questions are repetitive.

- From Pakistan, is it mandatory to send "academic request forms" or a sealed envelop with documents should be sufficient ?
- Is it mandatory to get your SSC and HSSC documents attested from IBCC ? I have heard a mixed feedback about this on several threads. (i have no problem getting them attested from IBCC, just trying to save time here).
- For SSC and HSSC, i heard from a friend that only Final Certificates should be sufficient, do i need to include transcripts aswell?
- Finally, do i need to send Secondary education and H.E.C sealed envelopes in one courier package or separately ?

I would really appreciate brief answers in lined to the above questions.
