Hi guys please I need to know it is comporery, for anyone Applying for study permit outside canada got visa approved without paying part payment of his/her tuition fee. but in bank statment shows all founds to cover his/her tuition.Even when the school addmission offer letter did not state to make payment before arrivals .
can this get ur visa approved?..
 
I don't think so, I showed my bank statement and I HAD A REALLY STRONG sop, but this was 2015 and I think regulations have changed a bit since then.
