Hello

I have submitted my visa application online for a visitor visa, and in 3 days I got a email saying that I have to mail my passport to VAC.
I have mailed my passport with included consent forms to to VAC and a demand draft to the postoffice at Boston.
So does it mean that my visas approved?
can I start making my travel plans?

Most probably a TRV will be granted. But, until the status update changes to "Approved', you must not make any travel plans
