We are about to submit our sponsorship application and are looking for some advice. We applied and received a visitor visa extension for my husband (US citizen) back in September, with the extension valid until the end of March. We are wondering if we should submit another visitor visa extension before we submit our sponsorship application, just in case something is returned in the application and my husband doesn't have any status (we are also applying for an Open Work Permit). Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated!
