I have completed BCA with an aggregate of 71.5% in 2011 from Punjab Technical University.
There after i became CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) certified on 19 April 2012. Then i was training for CCIE-Security lab which i was not able to get through.
So now i was not enrolled in a college but was rather training at Networkers Home in Delhi then same institute in Bangalore.
I applied for January 2013 intake for Computer Networking Technician Diploma (fast-track) - 1 year course at Centennial College but my offer letter was delivered at my place on 18th November 2012.
Therefore i am not able to apply for coming session but now i would rather want so try for the September 2013 intake. Do you think that gap of more than one year would create a problem?
What i did during this gap would be proven but still i was not into any kind of formal education (any university degree or college or vocational education), so will it be all okay or i do need to worry about this much gap?
Reply awaited. Appreciate the help.

Also i did score 7.5 bands in ielts
with 8 in speaking, 8 in listening, 6.5 in writing, 7.5 in reading

How do you consider a profile to be strong? I guess its in the hands of Canadian Embassy that you get visa or not, isn't it? Although i do have some previous experience (great) with US Embassy.
