Hii..
I need help from you guys. I am engaged on last year aug2018.. And my fiancé went to canada on aug2018 on study permit.. She have 4 year hons. Degree. And we are planning to getting married on may2019..i am also working in UAE(dubai)..we talk to each other daily . We have all record of communication to each other and our engagement pics also have.. Can she apply for me SWOP after recent marriage? And what we need other documents? Her Hons. degree and, i am also on job in foreign have positive chances to get SOWP visa?
