About study permit extension

hi, I applied for study permit extension I got refusal for my study permit after three months of expiry of my study permit ..college staff advised me to drop the courses while I was applying for restoration of status I didn’t have any another option left .i lost $6000 Tution. Feee I don’t know what explanation should I give in petition form to get refund.
