I got refused from application of student visa restoration (I think because I mistakenly applied twice, even I approved for student restoration long time ago).
And I called to IRCC, he suggested me to apply as change condition to worker with restoration.
He said that put that I applied to inland Spouse PR application as reason or excuse and apply for OPW.
Is it okay to reapply restoration even i got refused one time as student?
Do you think that I need job offer for this process?
I already applied OPW with spousal Pr application and is it okay to apply OPW again? should I withdraw previous one?
