About personal identification's address and expriation date

I'm planning to use my health card and driver's license as the two pieces of personal identification. But I just found out my health card expired and I forgot to update the address of my driver's license. Should I renew them both and submit my application or it's acceptable?

yeah obviously update and renew both as necessary.

Did you not receive a letter to renew health card? What if u get denied health services bcaz of expired card? How do u even let that happen.

ServiceOntario will give you back your card and a letter which shows your renewal, u can send that
