about new changes in rules for submittion documents

pls friends tell me i have submitted documents in CIC NV soctia but some one tell me that i have to submit in LONDON office pls tell what is truth

The initial application is submitted to NS. After you received the file number from NS, you have 120 days time to submit full documents to the Visa Office which depends the country you are residing.
Perhaps based on your country, you are required to send full documents to London in the second step.

INITIAL APPLICATION MUST BE SENT TO CENTRAL VISA OFFICE CIC NV, SYDNEY CANADA.

FULL DOCUMENTS MUST BE SENT TO YOUR LOCAL VISA OFFICE ON REQUEST ONLY.

PLEASE FIND YOUR LOCAL VISA OFFICE AND INQUIRE ABOUT YOUR FULL DOCUMENTS PACKAGE.

u have to sent ur documents to local office if u have sent ur documents to CIO then they will return to u. CIO just receives the initial applicatin and asses ur application either u r eligible or not.

no boss 1st u send must be NV CANADA.......After aproval (Inshallah) u will send ur doc to London office......
