About Minimum Guaranteed Stipend and tuition fees

Hey Hi,
During searching for a Canadian University for my MS in Pharmacy, I have seen that some universities offer minimum guaranteed stipend for Post graduate student...Like U of Toronto.. which is more than double of tuition fee as mentioned in their website...

I want to ask is this tuition fee, the only amount which i have to consider (apart from living expenses) or will their be other university expense also...
